Duce Rods Warranty Return Options

90 Day Warranty

DUCE Rods offers a full replacement of rods broken within 90 days of purchase for manufacturing defects with proof of purchase.

Limited 3 Year Warranty

DUCE Rods carries a Limited 3 year Warranty. If your purchase falls outside of 90 days, we offer a $75 replacement policy. We will replace all rods up to 3 years, one time, with proof of purchase. Please fill out the Warranty Claim Form above. Allow 4-6 weeks for us to complete each warranty claim.

30 Day Return/Exchange Policy

If you would like to return your rod for any reason, please fill out the Product Return Form above. Our policy only applies to products purchased online and within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in the original packaging. DUCE will provide a shipping label for your product return; however, if you wish to exchange your purchase DUCE will charge for the shipment of the new product.

Product Damage during shipment

If your product arrives damaged due to mishandling during shipment, please fill out the Product Return Form above. A DUCE representative will be in touch to start the process. You will be asked to provide photographic evidence of damaged product.

Non-returnable items:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at:


Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Items sold in our Warehouse Sale Section will not be eligible for any Warranty Claims, Returns, or Exchanges.
